This online career fair will help your company recruit job seekers from Think Beyond the Label's vast community of candidates with disabilities, as well as from its partnerships with employment services agencies and student organizations nationwide. This event will be an easy and effective way to connect with qualified workers with disabilities!

How The Event Will Work:
The Think Beyond the Label Online Career Fair is a great opportunity for employers seeking to diversify their workforce, meet compliance needs and showcase your investment in disability hiring and workplace innovation.
At the event, each employer will receive a fully customized employer page, complete with open positions, career videos and other career information to make your career opportunities stand out!
During the live event, each employer will receive three spots for its recruiters or other members of its team to attend the event, where they will connect directly with job seekers in one-on-one chats to discuss their career opportunities and determine if the candidate could be a good match for their openings. All job seeker participants in the event will be part of a diverse recruitment pool of candidates with disabilities.

Attendance Includes: Fully-branded and customized booth, including the ability to display open positions, videos, benefits information and more; an account for up to 3 recruiters, with an option for more; a full Candidate Report with information about each candidate who attended the event and their resume; promotion of company on the Think Beyond the Label website; and dedicated, personalized account support.
