Make your next great hire through the Mid-Atlantic Virtual Job Fair!

Recruiters and hiring managers seeking access to talented students and new graduates are invited to participate in an upcoming Virtual Job Fair sponsored by Mid-Atlantic Selective Liberal Arts Colleges. Through this unique event you will have the opportunity to engage in one-on-one text-based chats with highly-qualified students and May graduates  from area institutions including several top-ranked liberal arts colleges. These small- to medium-sized schools are known for their rigorous curricula, close faculty interactions, and opportunities for student leadership.  Their graduates welcome challenge, seek opportunities for learning, and engage eagerly with the world around them. In short, they have the skills you seek in your interns and entry-level hires; and they are eager to hear about what your organization has to offer!

How will the event work?

Register today to reserve a dedicated virtual “booth” that can accommodate your company logo, open job/internship opportunities, a description of your organization, and a video if you wish. Candidates will browse employer details and opportunities prior to the online event, and then indicate which employers they wish to chat with. During the event, interested candidates will “queue up” at your booth, and will be placed into a sequence of one-on-one text-based conversations with you (or a colleague). Their profile and resume will be available on the side of the screen. Conversations are limited to 8 minutes, and you can have as much time as you need between chats to make notes or take a break.
