What Can I Expect?
As a transitioning or former (separating/retiring) military service member, you can expect to communicate directly with employers nationwide who appreciate the leadership skills, work experience, and motivation you bring to the table. The companies and government agencies participating in this event are actively seeking military-experienced candidates who possess the skills and experience to fill their needs. Your conversations will be in the form of electronic “text chats” of from 5 to 10 minutes in duration, giving you and the recruiter the opportunity to see if there is a potential fit between their needs and your background.
The first step is to register for the event. We’ll then assist you in putting your best foot forward by providing a simple "success" guide. We also provide candidate training prior to the event. Details will follow upon your registration.
What is required to participate in this event?
This online recruiting event is for any job seeker who is serving or has ever served in the U.S. military who is looking for opportunities in the nationwide. It’s for all ranks/ratings and branches of Service; active duty, National Guard, and Reserve. Participating employers list by region coming soon!
